Locus Solus Chairs by Gae Aulenti. Ed. Poltronova
One of the most difficult things about our job is deciding to sell some of the pieces that we would like to keep for ourselves. This is the case with these Gae Aulenti chairs, Locus Solus model from the 19760s, which we would have gladly installed in our house if it weren't for the fact that we didn't have more space. The beauty of him is overwhelming. The simple lines of its chromed metal structure seem to be drawn in the air by a master artist of lightness. Definitively one of the most accomplished Aulenti creations. They are in very good condition, the seats completely reupholstered with an Arsène tissue from chez Pierre Frey.
